Monte Pascoal Hamburg-Sud Hamburg Sudamerikanische Dampfschifffahrts Gesellschaft. Great artwork by the German painter and poster artist Ottomar Anton (1895-1976) featuring a British Army Life Guard in uniform wearing a helmet with a white plume standing in front of Tower Bridge raised to let a boat sail through on the River Thames against the bright background, the text below. The Hamburg Sud Shipping Line was founded 1871. Good condition, restored tears, restored paper losses on edges, staining, backed on linen.
