Original vintage Italy travel poster for Bolzano-Gries Centro Delle Dolomiti / Bolzano Gries Centre of the Dolomites featuring stunning artwork by Franz Lenhart (1898-1992) depicting a man hiking and climbing up a rocky mountain on one side, looking out over the epic countryside view, and a lady in a swimming costume preparing to dive into a pool on the other side, the view of an Art Deco hotel below and alps in the distance, the stylised text in between the images promoting autumn and summer holiday stays, mountain railway links, entertainment and sports as well as alpine excursions and beach hotels with 50% reductions. Printed by Istituto Italiano d'Arti Grafiche Bergamo. Large size. Horizontal. Good condition, restored folds, restored tears, creasing, staining, browning, 2 sheet poster backed on linen.
