Original Vintage Jean-Luc Godard French Film Poster ‘Week-End’, 1967

This poster is advertising the 1967 film, 'Week-end' directed by the famous 'New Wave' French director, Jean-Luc Godard. Jean-Luc Godard rose to fame in the early 1960s with a style of film making never seen before. 'Week-end' sees Roland Durand (Jean Yanne) and his wife Corinne (Mireille Darc) embark on a weekend getaway to the French countryside while civilisation crashes and burns around them... 'Week-end' is part black comedy, part surrealist. This poster is in good condition and has been linen backed for preservation. Size: 128 x 166 cm 50 x 65 cm.
