Du brauchst nicht zu kriechen um hoflich zu sein! Doval / Politeness Breaks Resistance. You don't need to crawl to be polite! Parker-Holladay issued this series of posters to promote the correct work ethic in the workplace creating Doval as the equivalent of Bill Jones in the UK. The concept was copyrighted and taken to the USA and Canada motivating personnel to perform efficiently worldwide.
