Original vintage travel advertising poster for New Zealand National Airways Corporation Flying's the way to travel - NAC Fast & Frequent Flights Throughout New Zealand - featuring the shadow of a plane over a route map of New Zealand marking the stops in the country and international flight links with a cartoon kiwi on the title text box and the legend below, set within an illustrated border decorated with drawings of local wildlife and landscapes including a kiwi, fish, deer, whale, wild boar, swordfish, ducks, trees, rivers, glacier, mountains, hiking and skiing. Founded in 1945 as the national domestic airline of New Zealand, NAC merged to become part of Air New Zealand in 1978. Good condition, restored tears, staining, backed on linen.
