Original vintage London underground travel advertising poster - The West End by Tube The Criterion Brasserie by Celia Lyttleton One of a series of new paintings commissioned by London Underground nearest station Piccadilly Circus - featuring a great artwork showing the ornate interior of the historic Criterion restaurant complex (opened 1873) depicting people dining in the long bar below the colourful and decorative gold mosaic ceiling with marble arcades, columns and arches. Large size. Very good condition, minor creasing, minor staining.
