Original vintage travel poster for Tampere designed by Rolf Christianson (1928-1997) featuring people walking, driving and cycling over the stone Hameensilta bridge (Hame Bridge; opened 1929) with its statues at both ends, a few children looking over at the swan and ducks on the Tammerkoski rapid river below, with trees and the city's buildings and factories in the background. Tampere is located in southern Finland; the Tammerkoski rapids flow through the between Nasijarvi Lake and Pyhajarvi Lake. Very good condition, repaired tears, creasing.
