Original vintage travel poster - Warszawa Varsovie Warschau Warsaw Pologne Polen Poland - featuring historical architectural landmarks in the Saxon Garden / Ogrod Saski public park including the Marconi Fountain designed by Henryk Marconi, the Saxon Palace and a statue with trees on the side and stars above, the city's coat of arms symbol known as the Mermaid of Warsaw / Syrenka Warszawska holding a sword and shield above the title text below. Artwork by the notable Polish artist and graphic designer Tadeusz Lucjan Gronowski (1894-1990). Published by Tourism Promotion League and Polish National Railways. Good condition, repaired tears through image, minor staining, creasing, paper losses on edges, backed on Japanese paper.
