Original vintage winter sport railway travel poster advertising the Tobu Train to Nikko - Ski Skating Sunshine - featuring colourful images of ice skaters and skiers skiing downhill in the snow with the bold Japanese characters on a wooden signpost and diagonally in red in the foreground. The city of Nikko is located in the mountains north of Tokyo Japan in the Tochigi Prefecture and is also popular with tourists visiting the waterfalls and onsens / hot springs. The Tobu Railway Company Ltd was founded in 1897. Horizontal. Good condition, restored folds, restored creasing, minor staining, backed on linen.
