Antique print titled 'Het Oude-Mannen en Vrouwen-Gasthuis, naar de Noordzyde te zien'. This print depicts the former retirement home in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This print originates from 'Amsterdam, In Zyne Opkomst, Aanwas, Geschiedenissen, Voorregten, Koophandel, Gebouwen, Kerkenstaat, Schoolen, Schutterye, Gilden En Regeeringe', published between 1760 and 1767. Artists and Engravers: Jan Wagenaar (1709-1773), city historian of Amsterdam. Condition: Fair/good, general age-related toning. Original folding lines, small defect in image. Please study image carefully. Date: c.1760 Overall size: 39.5 x 33 cm. Image size: 35 x 24 cm. Antique prints have long been appreciated for both their aesthetic and nvestment value.
