An iconic and original lithographic poster created by Jean Cocteau to celebrate the Chapelle St. Pierre in the town of Villefranche-sur-Mer, in the south of France. Cocteau spent several months in the little Mediterranean seaside village painting murals on the inside to the small Chapelle to celebrate St. Peter and the fishermen. With the sale comes a Certificate of Authenticity from Jean Cocteau expert Annie Guedras.
