This is a signed cat postcard by Louis Wain called "I felt rather upset at not hearing from you", originally posted in Edwardian England, circa 1905. The card is in a new frame.
This card is an original Edwardian, Cat Themed Postcard by artist Louis Wain published by P M & Co.'s Start off! Series No. 4249, Printed in Austria. The frame is new and allows the back of the card to be seen and a rear insert is included to allow the card frame to be wall hung.
