About the Item

This eye-catching and rare Ron Fritts Pop Art shadow box wall sculpture has suspended resin or lucite balls floating in four different window vignettes that change. The background is black Mylar plexiglass and the exterior wood is newly ebonized. The original labels on the back that says RF studios Inc. and a number. The silver interior balls jump around as you pick it up and rotate it and even turn it upside down. The components of the resin have slightly yellowed from age and sun exposure. There is also glue residue from age and coming apart. It is what it is. Please note: The condition is fair to good and nowhere perfect. There is a piece of faded red tape on the lower left hand corner on the inside. The chrome inner frame has scratches and 2 dents in both corners along with scratches from wear and use. The outer wood frame was once redone around 10 years ago that is flat ebony color a brown black. This is a rare and unusual work found of this pop artist. It is fun and conversational and eye-catching!. It is not in great condition but good vintage condition with some issues. Sold as is.

Please note: there are a number of imperfections from age and sunlight to this rare work. it appears that the resin balls have changed color to a yellowish tone due to sun elements. The aluminum frame has dings, and some bends. It is SOLD as is.
