About the Item
E W Godwin style of, possibly made by Edwards and Roberts. An Aesthetic Movement set of Walnut shelves with angled cupboard and door to the top, a two door cupboard below with brass handles and hinges and extending side shelves with an open lower cupboard below.
The extending shelves, and angular form viewed from the side, with a down closing door to the upper cupboard are reminiscent of the Florence Cabinet, and An Art Cabinet C1877 currently on loan to the Brohan Museum,
