Questo iconico pannello contenitore Uten.Silo, disegnato da Ingo Maurer e Dorothee Becker (moglie di Maurer) nel 1969, è un perfetto esempio di design funzionale e ironico del secondo dopoguerra. Realizzato in ABS plastico rosso brillante, è dotato di contenitori di diverse forme e dimensioni, ganci e clip in metallo, progettati per organizzare con stile e versatilità piccoli oggetti domestici o da ufficio. La versione proposta mostra un evidente difetto in basso a sinistra: una crepa che non compromette la funzionalità ma fa parte della storia e dell’uso quotidiano di questo complemento. Ingo Maurer (1932-2019) è stato uno dei più innovativi designer e “poeti della luce” del XX secolo. Le sue creazioni sono conosciute per la capacità di unire arte e tecnologia, evocando emozioni e atmosfere suggestive. Il suo studio, Ingo Maurer GmbH, continua oggi a rappresentare un punto di riferimento nel mondo dell’illuminazione e del design. La Ingo Maurer GmbH, fondata a Monaco di Baviera nel 1966, è diventata celebre per la sua produzione di lampade e complementi dal carattere poetico e visionario. Ingo Maurer ha sempre sperimentato materiali innovativi e approcci inaspettati, trasformando semplici oggetti in installazioni luminose.
