The details in all of the hunting related sculptures reveal the workmanship of the artisan who created this one of a kind 'wall plaque barometer'. The oval wall plaque itself is made of solid oak and all of the finely carved hunting gear and dog are all hand carved out of solid nutwood. Have you also noticed the hanging bird prey underneath the perfectly carved hunter's hat and next to the rifle and hunting bag? For an artist to be able to hand-carve all these hunting elements in such details and with such perfection is something that never ceases to amaze us. What makes this particular antique even more special is the fact that, after one hundred years, it still is in mint condition.
