About the Item

Circular screens - spatial hanging screen and room divider, Medium Edition Hanging wooden circular screens and room dividers designed to add a calming and soothing tone to a space. The repetitive construction of wooden pieces, in these circular screens and room dividers, are each dyed in different tones, and form meditative arrangements to be hang against a wall or to separate spaces. Each screen, room divider, is made up with individual pieces of wood which have been engineered to size to form the unique shape of the wall partition. The variation in wood grain adds a level of complexity and natural uniqueness to the spatial wall partition (room divider). Each rod of wood has been stained to create an overall pattern when hanging this room divider. Due to the handmade nature of the piece, no two spatial hanging screens, room dividers, are exactly the same. Prices excluding VAT (21%) if applicable. About Rive Roshan Rive Roshan is an experimental design studio working on the cusp of graphic, interior and product design. The studio is run by Dutch designer Ruben de la Rive Box and Iranian-Australian designer Golnar Roshan. The studio explores innovative use of materials to design tactile, flexible and engaging products for a mobile generation. A deep interest in colour, texture and materiality leads to an aesthetic of raw beauty. Rive Roshan’s work has been on show at Les Musée des Arts Décoratifs Paris, Powerhouse Museum Sydney, Shanghai Museum of Glass among a range of Design exhibitions around the world including Milan Design Week, Maison & Objet, Istanbul Design Week and London Design Festival.
