About the Item
Early Judaica wall sconce, ten commandments and Lions of Judea, with Torah Crown (in the style of Arthur Syzk) This bronze wall sconce depicts two of the most familiar aspects of the Laws of Moses, the Tablets of Decalogue, (the Ten Commandments), and the Lions of Judea which are supporting it. A Torah Crown is seated above these symbols. The depictions are well done. No markings can be found.
This is an early piece pulled from a synagogue in New York. Interior weld has a slight separation. It is beautiful!
