Italian Circa 1800s Wood Carved Gilt Gold Angel Shelves
About the Item
These small cherub angel shelves are so charming with a gold gilt finish on wood. They originated from Italy and are beautifully carved from the 1800s.
They were used as decorative objects on walls, making the perfect addition to a powder bathroom on either side of a mirror or anywhere you need a small shelf. They could easily be converted to lighted wall sconces or simply put real candles on top for a bit of moodiness.
