Pair of English Antique Carved Lion Panels
About the Item
A handsome and beautifully carved pair of matching English antique lion panels, circa 1870. Each walnut panel depicts the mask of a commanding lion, very deeply carved in relief with abundant, flowing manes and teeth bared. Place either side of a doorway to create a dramatic entrance or style together on an empty interior wall to add unique style to an interior.
