About the Item
A gorgeous gold bangle bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This dainty bangle is crafted in vibrant 15k yellow gold, and features intricate Etruscan wirework and beadwork. The details cover approximately half of the bangle's surface, while the other half remains smooth and simple. The bangle hinges on one side, and is secured by a push clasp and additional safety chain. The tongue of the clasp is stamped "15C". A strong Victorian piece, it would make a perfect addition to any collection!
Measurement: The inside opening (where your wrist would rest) measures approximately 2 1/4" wide and 2" tall. It would fit nicely on a medium/average sized wrist. The surface of the bracelet measures 1/4" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of this bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the raised Etruscan details. The clasp is snug and secure, and the hinge is in good working condition. The bangle's safety chain is secure and in working condition as well.
