In 1908, the company was awarded the title of "Royal Bavarian Court Goldsmith." The imaginative designs of one of the founder's two sons, Hanns Rothmüller (1898 - 1983), who joined the company in 1912, had a lasting impact on the jewelry style of the traditional company on Brienner Strasse, over several post-war decades.
