Victorian Revival Paneled Bracelet of Miniature Victorian Portraits
Articulated Four Paneled Brass Bracelet. Each panel has a different portrait of a Victorian Lady. Portraits are not paintings, they appear to be prints. Ladies are framed in Gold Gilt scroll shaped frames and sealed in glass. Each panel has decorative Filigree and etched designs. On the verso of each panel is a detailed geometric radiating pattern. End panels have raised dome shaped accents. Most likely made in the early Mid-century 1940’s?. Condition consistent with heavy wear. I have not polished the bracelet leaving it in its original patina from wear. I’m not sure if the clasp is original to the piece as this was on the piece when I purchased it.
