14K Carved Coral and Chalcedony Flower and Jade Leaf Flower Basket Pin
About the Item
14K yellow gold pin featuring a basket of carved flowers with leaves. There are 10 carved bluish-grey chalcedony flowers, one large carved coral rose and 3 jade leaves. The pin is handmade, and the handle is braided gold wire. The carved chalcedony flowers measure about 7mm. The coral rose measures about 14mm. The leaves are about 3/8 to 1/2" long. The overall size of the pin is 1 3/4" by 1 7/8". There is a trombone clasp and double pin stems. There is also a large jump ring on the basket handle to wear as a pendant. The pin weighs 10.17dwt and dates from the 1950's.
