18K Yellow Gold Classic Beauty Natural Coral Cameo Convertible Pendant/Brooch
About the Item
18K Yellow Gold Classic Beauty Natural Coral Cameo Convertible Pendant/Brooch from approximately the 1890s. The brooch consists of a vibrantly colored natural coral cameo wreathed with detailed flowers carved in 18k yellow. The cameo is a lovely carving of a woman in right facing half-profile with her hair down and flowing about her face. The naturally lighter areas of the coral compliment the carved image. The brooch has a fold-down bail on the top on the back side which allows the piece to be worn as a pendant. The pin mechanism is a locking safety clasp.
