About the Item

Here we have a breathtaking diamond brooch crafted in solid 14k white gold during the art deco period. It features 3 large old European cut diamonds which are set across the center of the design, in elegantly milgrain etched frame. The center diamond is further surrounded with smaller, old mine cut diamonds and lovely green demantoid garnets throughout. The entire design is covered with very fine filigree designs and superb milgrain etching work showcasing the masterful workmanship used during the art deco period. The bail on this piece is retractable where it can be bent inside the piece so you wear it as a brooch, or opened out to wear it as a pendant. The three large diamonds total approximately 1.44 carats and the rest of the diamonds are approximately 1.20 carats. This brooch is a true statement piece that is sure to turn heads!
