Antique Art Deco 1.92ct Diamond and 18ct White Gold Clip Brooch / Pendant

A stunning, fine and impressive antique 2.65 carat diamond and 18 karat white gold brooch; part of our diverse antique jewellery and estate jewelry collections. This stunning, fine and impressive Edwardian diamond brooch has been crafted in 18k white gold. The pierced decorated, rectangular frame is ornamented with a horizontal row of five individually collet set Old European cut diamonds. The central diamonds are segmented with twelve pavé set diamonds in vertical arrangements, all surmounting impressive fleur-de-lis designs incorporating twelve further eight cut diamonds. The outer border of the rectangular setting is ornamented with thirty-four pavé set diamonds; this hand crafted piece has been finely detailed. The millegrain decorated brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp. This antique diamond brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18k gold. This stunning brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. This stunning, fine and impressive vintage diamond brooch has been crafted in 18ct white gold. The floriated wreath design is ornamented with ten flower-head cluster tremblant settings; this setting style indicates the high quality of the piece. Each flower head design is embellished with seven transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds. The brooch is further ornamented with twenty individually four claw set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, incorporated into linear settings alternating each floral cluster, and completing the design. The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp. This exceptional example of vintage diamond jewellery is hallmarked to the reverse with the 18ct gold fineness mark ( 750 ), in addition to the Italian maker's mark LUNATI P. di P. & G.
