Antique Art Deco Platinum Brooch with Diamonds and Peridot
About the Item
A spectacular early twentieth century brooch centered around an emerald cut peridot, surrounded by diamonds, and finished on either side with shield cut peridot. The central stone weighs approximately 10.5ct, and the combined weight of the two shield cut peridot is approximately 7.5ct. The 4 diamonds set along the 4 sides of the center peridot weigh approximately 2.5ct. total weight. The diamonds accenting the geometric design of the brooch weigh a total of approximately 1.66ct. Overall color of the diamonds is J color, and overall clarity is VS2-SI2. Measuring 2 1/4 inches long, by 7/8 inch wide, it is noticeable, while being very tasteful. Gross weight 14 grams.
