A stunning Victorian 0.59 carat ruby and 0.08 carat diamond, 22 karat yellow gold and silver set 'snake' brooch; part of our diverse antique jewelry collections This stunning, fine and impressive Victorian brooch has been crafted in 22k yellow gold with a silver setting. The brooch has been modelled in the form of a snake, twisted and entwined around itself. The head of the snake is ornamented with a feature 22k yellow gold bezel set cushion cut ruby. A further five graduated 22k yellow gold pavé set round cut rubies graduate the back of the snake's head. A total of sixteen pavé set Dutch cut diamonds embellish the silver set snakes head.
