About the Item
An art deco brooch with diamonds and emeralds.
Magnificent piece of jewelry, created during the late art deco period, back in the 1935. This fabulous gems-set brooch has been carefully assembled with multiples parts crafted in solid platinum .900/.999 and fitted at the reverse with a hinged double pin bars with a security safety hook.
Diamonds: Mount in a channel-settings. with 308 calibrated straight baguette cut diamonds, with a combined weight of 13.86 carats, white color less F color, VS-1/VS-2 clarity.
Emerald: Mounted in prongs settings, with one square faceted cuts (9.25 x 8.77 x 6.3 mm) of natural vivid deep green emerald of 3.86 carats.
Weight: 40.25 Grams, (25.80 Dwt).
Measurements: 67 mm by 55 mm (2.64 x 2.16 Inches).
Hallmarks: Tested for Platinum .900/.999 PL and Iridium .100/.999 IR.
Note: The emerald in this brooch is vivid deep green and translucent.
Collateral: It is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
Collateral: This piece is accompanied by a Gemological test, prepared by the AGL laboratories, number 8091645 stating is a natural Emerald.
Condition: The overall condition of this brooch is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. All gemstones are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
