About the Item
Art Deco Geometric Three Flower Wire Bouquet with clear rhinestone diamond cut Bow-shaped Brooch, Welded Construction.
I believe that this is a Midcentury Art Deco Resurgence piece because the aurora borealis stones were not available until 1955. It likely dates from the 1960s when that style was becoming popular again.
It is a pretty and unique flower bouquet representation, with the hallmark geometric shapes of the bow and the minimalist marquise AB clear rhinestones. The two curly swirls to the right add further to the geometrical tone and minimalism in depicting a bouquet. Three-petal flowers may have been unrecognizable if there had only been two!

- Condition:Polished. Wear consistent with age and use. I polished this piece carefully but had to avoid certain delicate features, such as the aurora borealis surface of the stones; the parts of the metal that were close to stones. One should never polish AB stones because that could damage the finish.
