About the Item
Four dazzling light pink rubies, eight fresh water pearls, hand carved agate with black enamel. Excellent craftsmanship as this is entirely carved of one piece of agate. Intricate detail, stunning and in excellent shape. This brooch has the Traditional French Eagle Stamp verifying its 18K yellow gold and most likely from the 1870's. A halo of bright rubies and pearls around a gorgeous young maiden. A wonderful piece. Slightly blemished on the lower left side of the enamel.
