Carved Gem Silica Chrysocolla Sculpture in 18kt Pendant, Enhancer, & Brooch

Master American lapidary artist Steve Walters's command of his craft is fully on display in this luxuriously carved carnelian sculpture. He has coaxed exquisitely flowing flames of natural color from this gemstone, taking full advantage of the naturally variegated color of the stone. An exquisitely cut chrome diopside and a single diamond nestle into the carving; a removable Tahitian pearl drop adds movement and allure. The hand-fabricated 18kt and platinum mounting allows this piece to be worn as a brooch, or hung from a wide variety of necklaces, including pearls. Two receivers are built into the design for incorporating separate drops into the piece of jewelry.
