French 1925s Sapphire Diamonds 18 Karat Yellow White Gold Barrette Brooch
About the Item
Brooch in 18 karat yellow and white gold, eagle head hallmark.
Barrette brooch, it is formed of an oval pattern composed of rose- cut diamonds and of synthesis calibrated sapphires on openwork geometrical pattern. In the center is millegrain closed set a brilliant cut diamond more important. The clasp is a pin with safety pump.
Height : 8.7 mm approximately, width : 21.9 mm, length : 7.4 cm approximately, thickness : 3 mm approximately.
Total weight of the main diamond : 0.03 carat approximately.
Total weight of the other diamonds : 0.14 carats approximately.
Total weight of the jewel : 4 g approximately.

This refined antique brooch features an openwork design of scrolls, fleurdelys and arabesques, all set with rose-cut and antique-cut diamonds.
