This stunning brooch is beautiful in its Victorian design. Fashioned as a knot, there are delicate feather-like details across the piece. The brooch is set with vibrant turquoise cabochons, which have been bezel set and contrast wonderfully with the warm tone of the yellow gold. Swags of wheat-link chain are suspended from the bottom of the brooch, with the third holding an oval pendant. The oval pendant is adorned with further feather-like details and 2 floral sprays and is centrally set with another turquoise cabochon. A fine and impressive 15 karat yellow gold and 18 karat yellow gold set brooch; part of our antique Victorian jewellery collections. This fine and impressive brooch has been crafted in 15k and 18k yellow gold. The pierced decorated, plain circular frame is ornamented to the centre with a three-dimensional 18k yellow gold chick design standing next to a hatched egg, all on a textured mound. The hatched egg is embellished with impressive white hot enamel decoration. The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp.
