Old or Antique Chinese Gold Filigree & Green Moss in Snow Jade Brooch / Pendant
About the Item
A fine old or antique Chinese gold and jade convertible brooch/pendant.
With a large mottled green jade gemstone (so-called Moss-in-Snow jade) that is bezel-set in an ornate 14k yellow gold setting.
Set with a bar pin to the reverse for use as a brooch and later mounted with an added folding bail for use as a pendant.
Simply a wonderful piece of Chinese Jade jewelry!

It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition.
Condition Details:
There is some light scratching to the stones surface, some internal flaws that are visible up to the surface (There is a flaw at the top of the jade that is concealed by the bezel. This is part of the piece's design). Otherwise, there is some light edge wear, some fine and light surface scratches, and other signs of light wear consistent with age.
