About the Item
I love this animal series from Reja NY worked from 1941 to 1952. All bodies are presented with a large cut rhinestone, worked in silver and gold plated. They date from the early 1940s USA. Very rare collector pieces!
Measurement: Height 5 cm, width 3.5 cm, the body rhinestone 2,5x2 cm, deep 1 cm
About RÉJA
Founded by Sol Finkelstein in 1939, Deja Costume Jewelry, Inc. of New York changed its name to the Re´ja Jewelry Co. in 1941. Up until production ceased in 1952, it created many pieces of exceptional design and craftmanship. Although best know for its dramatic figural pin, human, animal, fish, bird and insect designs.
