About the Item
Spectacular Iradj Moini over-sized purple floral bouquet brooch and matching clip-on earrings set. By the late 1980's, Iradj Moini's eye-catching pieces walked the runway for Oscar de la Renta, where he creatively designed and directed the catwalk jewelry for a decade. He soon built a reputation as one of the most imaginative and visionary designers of his era. Each piece of Iradj's jewelry is entirely handmade and one of a kind work majoring on the use of an array of beautiful materials including semi precious stones. This enormous, intricate purple floral bouquet set is without doubt rare and a dramatic statement. All are properly hallmarked. We displayed the brooch with a gold chain as well to show how fantastic it looks as a pendent necklace. We added many pictures so one can appreciate this masterful achievement. No wonder Iradj Moini has pieces displayed in the permanent collection of the Louvre and have been exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
