Yellow Gold Modern Drop Transformer Plum Clip-On Earrings with Pink Tourmaline
About the Item
These modern clip-on earrings are made of 18 karat yellow gold and encrusted with 6 round diamonds and cabochon tourmalines (11.19, 8.23, or 5.78 carats), which can be taken on or off. This makes the earrings versatile as you can replace the cabochon drops with other gems or wear the earrings without the drops for an everyday look. The earrings were featured in Vogue UA and designed by Berlin-based oil painter, Polya Medvedeva.
The sculptural design of the earrings provides an extra shiny surface that plays with shadow and light. The diamonds add delicate blinks, and the cabochon drops allow light to pass through them. We use top natural diamonds VS, F-G and work with a German gems company that has been in the market since the 19th century.
These earrings are best suited for classic, dramatic, romantic, and natural faces according to the Kibbe test.
The main difference between the classical Plum Blossom earrings and this edition is the number of flowers. Both styles can be worn without the cabochons and are versatile for both daytime and nighttime events. The amethyst drops can be replaced with other gems such as tanzanite, lemon quartz, garnet, and rose quartz, which can be ordered separately in the future. The piece can also be ordered as stud earrings.
The plum flowers symbolize the energy of life, and the trees bloom in winter, usually in the middle of February.
