Eighteen Karat Gold Modern Drop Transformer Plum Earrings with Pink Tourmalines
About the Item
These earrings are made of 18-karat yellow gold and encrusted with 6 round diamonds and cabochon tourmalines (11,19, 8,23 or 5,78 carats), which can be removed to wear the earrings separately. We use top-quality natural diamonds VS, F-G, and we work with a German gem company that has been in the market since the 19th century.
This piece is from the jewelry collection designed by Polya Medvedeva, an oil painter from Berlin, and it was featured in Vogue UA review. The earrings are best suited for classic, dramatic, romantic, and natural faces by Kibbe test.
The sculptural design provides an extra shiny surface of the flowers and a subtle play of shadow and light. The diamonds add delicate blinks to the earrings.
The earrings can be worn without the gems and are suitable for daytime or nighttime events. The drops can be replaced with other gems such as tanzanite, garnet, rose, lemon, or smoky quartz. The piece can also be ordered as a clip-on earrings.
The plum flowers symbolize the energy of life, as the trees blossom in winter in the middle of February.

One of Polya's notable admirers is the German actress Anne Ratte-Polle, who selected her jewelry to wear on the red carpet of the Berlinale Film Festival.
