These tapering shaped earrings display a hand motif holding a wreath*. The impressive wreath design is embellished with eight individually set round faceted cut sapphires, totalling 0.35Ct. Each hand design is ornamented with a ring and bracelet, incorporating four mine cut diamonds. The earrings are further embellished with an individually six-claw set ruby to the interior of the wreath and apex of the design, totalling 0.27Ct. A stunning antique hand-painted enamel and seed pearl, 1.1 carat ruby and 20 karat yellow gold locket / brooch; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This stunning, fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 20k yellow gold with a 9k yellow gold pin. The oval shaped frame is ornamented with a hand-painted enamel panel depicting a portrait of a bearded gentleman in period attire, to a clouded sky background. The feature enamel panel is framed by an exceptional 20k yellow gold pierced decorated, rope twist and chased decorated elaborate frame. The frame is ornamented with eight bezel set round cut rubies, displayed alternately between eight individually bezel set seed pearls. The reverse of the brooch is fitted with a push fit glass panel, currently displaying a photograph of a young girl in period attire. The brooch secures to the reverse with a 9k gold hinged pin and clasp and hallmarked to the frame with the maker's mark 'KS'. This stunning antique has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 20k gold and 9k gold.
