Antique amazing pair Dangle Drop Hoop (Poissarde) Earrings Old Cut Diamonds total approx. 4.20 carats, with two separate detachable bodies. Mounted in silver over 18 Karat Gold-
Total weight: 6.89gr.
Length hoop 3cm and the drop 1.90 cm. Total length 4.90cm approximately (USA 1.93 inches length and 3/4 inches wide).
Containing in the upper oval hoop 12 old mine cut diamonds weighing approximately 3.20. carats . The detachable drop consist 18 small Old Cut Diamonds weighing approx. 1 carat
Stamp: (French hallmarks).

Measurements: The earrings measure approximately 1 .93 inches long and 3/4 inches wide.

Poissarde.
Design is inspired by French 18th century "poissarde" earrings, which are elongated oval hoop earrings. This style was associated with the fishermen's wives of Paris, who also played a significant role during the French Revolution.
