argenton Design was established in Sydney Australia in 2001 by Lisa Argenton who started off at iconic markets like Paddington and Bondi, and it wasn't long before Lisa designs were being coveted both locally and internationally. In 2009 not long after the birth of her second son, Lisa opened her boutique store at Five Ways in Paddington, juggling family life and work, the boutique gave her a beautiful space to exhibit and sell her pieces. In 2018 a sea change was decided upon and Lisa, her family, and the business moved up north to blissful Byron Bay in order to have open spaces and spectacular nature surrounding the combination of work/family life. Lisa draws on her wide cultural background of Dutch, South African, Italian and Scottish for inspiration as well as her natural surroundings and particular life experiences. some words from Lisa ''I'm inspired by simplicity, symbols and nature, My love for rose gold has sprung from the soft and subtle combination it has with coloured gemstones, and is what has inspired me to work with rose gold so much, at the moment the contrast of rose gold with black or white diamonds, or turquoise, is one of my favorite combinations."
