Art Deco 1.00ct Diamond and Ruby Earrings, c.1920s
About the Item
Hailing from France during the Années folles, these wonderful Art Deco earrings are adorned with Diamonds and Rubies. Central to each earring is a 0.50 carat old cut diamond. The rub over set diamonds have been graded G in colour and VS in clarity. Surrounding this centre diamond, set across expertly crafted metal work is a further 0.15 carat of diamonds, matching the centre in quality. Across the top, three baguette cut rubies adorn each earring, adding a splash of colour lifting the piece to another level. The rubies total 0.45 carat per ear. This unique pair of earrings are entirely crafted from platinum, with a post and lever style back keeping them firmly in place.
