Unique Earrings with Unheated Burmese Sapphires in Platinum
About the Item
Linked to the sky and heavens, the Ancients believed that the Earth rested on a giant sapphire, whose reflections gave the sky its blue colour. Of course, nowadays this belief sounds like a beautiful fairy tale. However, sapphires are still associated with nature and purity, and are one of the most precious gems in the world.
No doubt about it - there is a petit, mysterious galaxy hiding inside each one of these earrings. Framed by the finest platinum, the centerpiece of the jewelry features two unique, unheated Burmese sapphires, totaling 6.60 carats (GRS certified). An openwork veil of 54 diamonds totaling 0.50 carats surrounds these cornflower-blue droplets and gives them even more magical shine.
