Vintage 1920s Asian Art Nouveau Enamel Gilded Sterling Filigree Flower Earrings

About the Item

This vintage floral earrings are crafted with gilded (alternatively known as gold washed or vermeil) 925 sterling silver and feature exceptionally detailed layered (3Desque) flowers that are formed with intricate filigree detailing and then finished with lovely enameling in shades of red, blue, white, and green, that closely resembles Plique A Jour enameling. There unique flower earrings are post earrings, that include a push back, and require a pierced ear to wear. These unique flower earrings would make an excellent birthday gift, anniversary gift, Mother's Day gift, and Christmas gift. • Condition • - These filigree floral earrings are in good vintage condition, showing overall wear consistent with age and use, including tarnish, patina. - There are few areas, on each of these earrings (towards the center), where the enameling is showing some noticeably wear consistent with age and use. - Sadly, the post backing on one of the earrings was accidentally bent to the point that it broke off completely due to the strain, after attempting to bend it back into place. This damaged happened on the backside, at base of the earring and has since been repaired by our trusted jewelry.
