Crafted in a manner similar to the 1870s, this Russian Suite contains a total of approximately 2.50 carats of early European Rose cut Diamonds, ranking a G-H Color & VS2-SI2 Clarity. The Rose cut is noted as the oldest cut in Diamonds, popular in Georgian & Victorian eras through the 20th century. Most came from the Dutch region of Europe - Dating back to the 14th Century in Europe, initially only worn by Kings & Queens. Additionally, the Diamonds in this suite have quite the superior cut for a Rose cut, clearly cut by a European Master Diamond-Cutter. Constructed completely of a combination of 24 Karat & 10 Karat Yellow Gold - the majority in 10 Karat, with 24 Karat accents. Each piece portrays every characteristic of a set that a true Russian princess would possess. Creating the optical illusion of a total of 5 carats of Diamonds (2x as many) due to the shallow nature of the Diamonds.
