Inspired by Gothic architecture dating back from the late Middle Ages, our Gothic Tre`fle key will be forever timeless. Our key is cast in 925 sterling silver and treated with an Anti-Tarnish Coat to maintain a lasting finish. This vital part of our service ensures that your luxury key will be a perfect match. We offer this complimentary service to handle your keys, making sure they will not be damaged. We match your key using our meticulous and highest-grade method. We hold a unique patent that allows us to change our key blades, if necessary, any time in the future. For instance, if you move, have new door hardware, etc. When you receive your luxury key: When we receive your order, we will first send your key as an uncut blade. Inside your box: We include your new luxe key in our silver lacquered wooden jewelry box, our key pouch and polishing cloth and letter of certification. Also included are instructions on how to send us a copy of your existing key to us, for which you want the match. Please send with your 1st Dibs order number. We allow our customers a 60-day window of time in which to send their key to us to match their lock, from the date you receive your new key. Any time after the 30 days there will be a service charge for matching your lock. If you are purchasing this key as gift: Your giftee will automatically find these instructions in our gift box on how to send their key. Countries we can service. We service the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Dubai. For any other countries please contact us first to make sure we can match your lock.
