Our key is cast in 925 sterling silver and treated with an Anti-Tarnish Coat to maintain a lasting finish. For instance, if you move, have new door hardware, etc. When you receive your luxury key: When we receive your order, we will first send your key as an uncut blade. Inside your box: We include your new luxe key in our silver lacquered wooden jewelry box, our key pouch and polishing cloth and letter of certification. Also included are instructions on how to send us a copy of your existing key to us, for which you want the match. Please send with your 1st Dibs order number. We allow our customers a 30-day window of time in which to send their key to us to match their lock, from the date you receive your new key. Any time after the 30 days there will be a service charge for matching your lock. If you are purchasing this key as gift: Your giftee will automatically find these instructions in our gift box on how to send their key. Countries we can service.
