Our fine jewelry keys can be custom made to fit your lock, or may be ordered as an uncut key. Also included are instructions on how to send us a copy of your existing key to us, for which you want the match. Please send with your 1st Dibs order number. We allow our customers a 30-day window of time in which to send their key to us to match their lock, from the date you receive your new key. Any time after the 30 days there will be a service charge for matching your lock. If you are purchasing this key as gift: Your giftee will automatically find these instructions in our gift box on how to send their key. Countries we can service.
